This „healthy girl era“ trend is about becoming the best version of yourself. Learning how to become the best version of yourself is a life-long journey that starts with finding yourself. You’ll grow and change at each new chapter. It’s a lot of work, but your personal growth is worth it. It’s important to focus on YOURSELF and only use these reels and TikTok’s as an inspiration and not as guideline. We are all different and different habits will work for different people and that’s okay. Becoming the best version of yourself is about yourself growing into a better you and should never be a competition or comparison with others. My name is Saphira Walzer, I’m 20 years old and I’m the host of the Because you matter podcast.
I’m a personal trainer and nutritionist. I love that this job not only helped me learn a lot about physical activity and health but also opened the doors for me to help others. That’s also the main reason for this podcast. I wanted to create a safe place for you and I want to help you accept yourself, feel good in your own skin, learn how to implement healthy habits into your routines and grow.
I have been struggling with an anxiety disorder for the past couple of years and healing from it made me want to learn more about mental health, how it affects us, what we can do to stay healthy mentally and physically and how we can become our best selves – for ourselves.
So this podcast is all about self-love, self-care, about becoming the best version of yourself, growing and healing. Because you matter.
