Podcast: Romanticize your life
For the start into this new week, I have a new episode for you and todays topic is: romanticizing your life. Sounds beautiful and it is. We will talk about what romanticizing life actually exactly means, where this trend comes from, in what ways it can help us to a happier life and how we can actually romanticize our own life more. Because in the end that’s what you probably wanted to find out as you clicked play. But let’s start with what romanticizing life means and where this trend comes from.
I really hope that this episode can help you to romanticize your life and that you can find ways and ideas to add more mindfulness into your routines and find tips to add beauty and joy into your everyday life.
About the girl behind the Podcast
My name is Saphira Walzer, I’m 20 years old and I’m the host of the Because you matter podcast.
I’m a personal trainer and nutritionist. I love that this job not only helped me learn a lot about physical activity and health but also opened the doors for me to help others. That’s also the main reason for this podcast. I wanted to create a safe place for you and I want to help you accept yourself, feel good in your own skin, learn how to implement healthy habits into your routines and grow.
I have been struggling with an anxiety disorder for the past couple of years and healing from it made me want to learn more about mental health, how it affects us, what we can do to stay healthy mentally and physically and how we can become our best selves – for ourselves.
So this podcast is all about self-love, self-care, about becoming the best version of yourself, growing and healing. Because you matter.
