H&M plans to reveal a unique menswear collection. The collection marries Disney’s enchantment with Trevor Andrew’s inventive artistry. Named Disney100 x H&M, the collection will launch on 20th July, marking Disney’s 100th anniversary.

Iconic Disney characters find new life in the collection, reinterpreted through Andrew’s artistic vision. Andrew, famous for his GucciGhost street art, draws on his love for Disney and street culture. This love inspires the collection, merging art and fashion effortlessly. “To reimagine Disney’s iconic characters is an honor. This effort unifies art, fashion, and all of us,” says Andrew.

Ross Lydon, Head of Menswear Design at H&M, agrees with Andrew’s sentiment. He declares, “This collaboration epitomizes iconic and unique.” He shows his excitement about the outcome of this unprecedented partnership.

The Disney100 x H&M collection

Andrew’s vision comes to life in the Disney100 x H&M collection. It boasts all-over prints, his signature symbols, and much-loved Disney characters. You’ll find sweatshirts, hoodies, T-shirts, shirts, and a long-sleeved polo shirt. All items feature oversized and relaxed fits, perfect for the new season.

Andrew shares his favorite pieces from the collection: “I love the iconic logos on the denim and the various Disney characters on the varsity jacket. It’s so much fun to combine so many elements in one piece.”

The collection isn’t just about clothing. It also includes accessories like caps, socks, and boxer shorts. The standout is H&M’s first-ever limited-edition skateboards. Andrew, an avid skateboarder himself, adorned these with unique artwork. These skateboards add a new dimension to the collection, showcasing Andrew’s multifaceted talent.

Andrew now works as an LA-based artist, musician, filmmaker, and NFT creator. Galleries worldwide have displayed his work. With the Disney100 x H&M collection, he continues to redefine the boundaries of art, fashion, and street culture.

Launching online and in stores on 20th July, the Disney100 x H&M collection represents Disney’s enduring appeal and Andrew’s bold creativity. It’s a must-have for Disney enthusiasts and streetwear fans. This collection offers a unique chance to wear a piece of art. It seamlessly blends the timeless charm of Disney with the contemporary street art aesthetic of Trevor Andrew.
