We hear it all over social media. Everybody talking about those healthy habits and how they can help you feel better and more productive. But who of you has tried to implement these healthy habits into their life and found themselves back in their old routines a few days later, maybe even blaming yourself for not being able to stay consistent and just thinking that bringing these healthy habits into your life is just too hard. Well, I have. And I guess a lot of you probably have felt like this too.
But maybe it has just been the wrong way of trying to implement new habits… That’s what we are going to talk about in this episode.
Making time for healthy habits goes beyond being more productive every week. Prioritizing routines to support your wellness is a long-term investment in a healthier, happier, and more fulfilling life in every aspect.

My name is Saphira Walzer, I’m 20 years old and I’m the host of the Because you matter podcast.
I’m a personal trainer and nutritionist. I love that this job not only helped me learn a lot about physical activity and health but also opened the doors for me to help others. That’s also the main reason for this podcast. I wanted to create a safe place for you and I want to help you accept yourself, feel good in your own skin, learn how to implement healthy habits into your routines and grow.
I have been struggling with an anxiety disorder for the past couple of years and healing from it made me want to learn more about mental health, how it affects us, what we can do to stay healthy mentally and physically and how we can become our best selves – for ourselves.
So this podcast is all about self-love, self-care, about becoming the best version of yourself, growing and healing. Because you matter.
