GÖNRGY: The Next Big Thing in Energy Drinks

MontanaBlack, the renowned social media star of the German-speaking world, is set to revolutionize the energy drink market. In partnership with REWE and Kaufland, he has launched his first Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) product: GÖNRGY, a calorie-free energy drink. Uniquely, GÖNRGY aims to appeal to the lifestyle of the social media generation.

The objective? To rank GÖNRGY among the top 5 energy drink brands in the DACH region. Initially, MontanaBlack will serve as brand ambassador, but his long-term role will see him acting as a shareholder, idea generator, and networker. His mission is to unify the social media community behind one brand.

The Dawn of a New Era for MontanaBlack

The launch of GÖNRGY signals a new phase in MontanaBlack’s impressive career as an influencer and entrepreneur. With a fanbase exceeding 20 million followers across various social media channels, he has built a vast and diverse audience. Starting week 29/30, GÖNRGY will be available in three flavors at Kaufland and REWE stores. Further listings at Edeka, Aral, Shell, Tegut, Globus, Famila, Lekkerland, and other partners will soon follow.

GÖNRGY: Embodying the Social Media Lifestyle

GÖNRGY stands for the positive lifestyle that MontanaBlack embodies and communicates through his stories and everyday life. He seizes his feel-good moments, meets others with envy-free, generous, and honest emotions, and indulges in the material and sensual pleasures of life.

GÖNRGY encapsulates his life motto “G stands for Gönnen”. MontanaBlack says, “I want to inspire everyone with the idea of ‘G stands for Gönnen’ to regularly do something good for themselves and others.”

However, this positive and inclusive basic attitude is not the only factor setting GÖNRGY apart from other energy drinks and “influencer products”:

From Pre-Launch Campaign to Supermarket Shelves

The strong interest from LEH (Leading Edge Health) can be attributed to the planned pre-launch campaign. The sales start will be staged by MontanaBlack with exclusive videos and live events. In addition, launch actions with REWE and Kaufland are in planning, including a commercial with Kaufland that will spectacularly stage GÖNRGY.

GÖNRGY: A Sensory Explosion in Three Flavors

With its innovative blend of plant extracts, natural caffeine, and the “flavor explosion formula” developed by MontanaBlack, GÖNRGY sets new standards in the field of energy drinks. The drink will initially come in three exciting flavors: Raspberry Cheesecake, Blueberry Coconut, and Tropical Exotic.

MontanaBlack, fondly referred to as Monte by his fans, has been a YouTuber and livestreamer for nearly a decade and has been among the most successful actors on Twitch for years. He has a following of more than 20 million users on Instagram, YouTube, and others, with a cumulative gross reach of more than 120 million impressions per week. His influence extends far beyond the digital world, appearing on TV and releasing a bestselling biography in 2019. His book signing event briefly paralyzed the city center of Lübeck, and his legendary livestream tour of Gamescom last year nearly brought the world’s largest gaming fair to a standstill.
