Drawing inspiration from the iconic Karl Lagerfeld and his illustrious fashion legacy, fashion enthusiasts who have been captivated by his recent appearance at the Met Gala in New York can now embark on an extraordinary holiday at the exquisite hotel bearing his name.

Anticipated to make its grand debut next month, the first-ever Karl Lagerfeld-branded hotel in Macau has already welcomed visitors during its soft opening phase since 2021. With Lagerfeld’s unparalleled expertise and artistic vision, this five-star property, developed by SJM Resorts, promises an unparalleled experience.

Lagerfeld is renowned for his influential contributions to luxury fashion at Chanel, Fendi, and his own label. He unveiled his vision for the hotel in 2014. The 271-room luxury hotel reflects Lagerfeld’s distinctive flair, with opulent interiors and grand-scale installations.

The hotel blends fashion, opulence, and artistic expression. It is the only hotel entirely designed by Lagerfeld, showcasing his artistic genius. The Karl Lagerfeld hotel is part of the integrated Grand Lisboa Palace Resort, which includes Grand Lisboa Palace Macau and Palazzo Versace Macau.

Currently in its soft opening phase, the hotel’s interiors embody Lagerfeld’s rock-chic aesthetics mixed with Chinese designs, paying homage to its location.

The rooms at the hotel vary in size, ranging from the spacious 350-square-meter Autograph Suite. It features two bedrooms and a massage room along with other amenities, to the cozy 60-square-meter Klassik Room. Prices for a Klassik Room start at approximately $409 per night.

Adding to its allure, the hotel boasts. The Book Lounge located in the lobby, housing over 4,000 hand-picked books inspired by Lagerfeld’s personal library in Paris. Dining options at the hotel include Mesa by Jose Avillez, helmed by one of the world’s renowned Portuguese chefs.
